The Two Daredevils

“Will you come with me?’ asked Andreas
“I don’t know?” replied Panyotis’
So as no to attract attention, they walked off the road as quite as mice.
It was Friday night and Andreas went to Panyotis’ house. Like always Panyotis’ lit the candles and set them on the table and brought out the bear rug, and started listening to his favorite Wham album. There was a knock on the door. Panyotis’ answered
“Is it you Andreas?”
“Who else would it be Sfiktos” answered Andreas.
Opening the door Panyotis passionately embraced Andreas.
“What the hell you doing man?! I told you stop doing that” Andreas said
“Okay I’ll stop” Panyotis answered.
While sitting on the bear rug, Andreas told Panyotis that he was tired of spending his nights inside ,and wanted to go to Downtown Nicosia. A little heartbroken Panayotis’ understood what Andreas was saying. But knowing him better than anyone in the world Panyotis’ new that it wasn’t just that Andreas had in his mind.
“So I’ll call my dad to bring us” said Panyotis’.
“No our ride will be taken care” Andreas replied
“How?” asked Panyotis’
“We are gonna borrow your dads motorbike”
“No were not!!” replied to Panayotis’.
“Come on Sfiktos its gonna be awesome, all the girl will be looking at us, and then will be the coolest people downtown this Friday” said Andreas.
A small voice in Panayotis’ head told him that if his father would find out that they stole his motorbike he would be dead. But there was a larger voice telling him not to worry and that all they have to do is be careful.
“Alright Andreas lets do it” said Panytois’ .
So they walked into the garage and approached the bike.
“Do you even know how to ride a motorbike man?” asked Panayotis’.
“Ehhh how hard can it be, its like a bicycle but without pedaling” replied Andreas.
So the two dare devils were off, Panyotis’ didn’t know what to expect if Andreas was gonna get them downtown or if this will be his last night alive. They got to the main road of Latcha, Andreas started to accelerate dramatically.
“Andreas I think to you slowdown!” said Panytois’,
“No I can handle it” replied Andreas.
Suddenly they went over a huge hole, Andreas lost instant control of the motorbike and started to panic
“We have to jump!” Andreas yelled.
“Are you crazy!! What about the bike?” Asked Panayotis’.
“There is no time to argue jump in the field” answered Andreas.
So then Andreas jumped and Panyotis followed him.
Panyotis jumped up and ran to the bike to see if it was alright and that nothing was broken. As he glanced at the bike he saw that both head lights were broken, one of the mirrors snapped off, and that it was full of scratches.
“Oh my God what are we gonna do?!” screamed Panayotis
“Ok, were gonna tell your father that someone had stole the bike and we didn’t realize because we feel asleep while watching a movie” Andreas said.
“Man he’s not gonna believe that!” yelled Panayotis’.
“What do we have lose, its better than nothing” said Andreas.
“Ok I hope he gonna believe it” said Panayotis’.
“Why?” asked Andreas.
“Because if he doesn’t I’m gonna kick the crap out of you” replied Panyotis in an irritated tone.
So they both went to Panyotis house and waited for his father to come home.
“Hello boys” Said Sfiktos senor.
“Hi dad, there something I have to tell you” Panyotis’ answered.
“What is it Panayotis’?” replied Sfiktos senor.
“Andreas took your motorbike and accidentally crashed it!” said Panyotis
“WHAT!?” both Andreas and Sfiktos senor shouted out
“Yup, I tried stopping him but he wouldn’t listen’ Panyotis replied
“Your in big trouble Andreas, but instead of punishing you, your gonna have to pay me back.” Said Sfiktos senor.
“No, no I prefer the punishment” answered Andreas.
‘Alright then come with me” said Sfiktos senor.
After a few moments Andreas came from upstairs with a big smile on his face.
“So what was the punishment?” Panyotis asked
“That wasn’t a punishment, it was more like a present” answered Andreas.
“Alright Andreas its getting late, see you tomorrow man” Panyotis said.
“Bye Panyotis’” Andreas said in a cheerful tone.
